A Spring La Lomita Wedding In San Luis Obispo
Heather and Daniel were a truly captivating couple with impeccable style and a keen eye for design. As their wedding florist in San Luis Obispo, we were inspired to create something extraordinary and unique that would reflect their personalities.
For Heather, we designed an oversized cascading bouquet overflowing with fresh garden blooms, trailing phalaenopsis orchids, and delicate dried elements for an airy texture and dramatic touch. At Elegant Details each specialty bouquets is custom-tailored to the bride’s size and height.
The black-tie event was a vision of elegance, with every guest looking their absolute best. Daniel, the groom, wore a one-of-a-kind boutonniere with fresh and dried elements for a sophisticated look. The show-stopping, dream-length guest tables featured elevated, oversized arrangements overflowing with florals and accented with a unique variety of bud vases, taper candles, and votives. These all led to a spectacular full-circle arch sweetheart table that served as the room’s focal point. It was truly a joy to design this wedding with its intriguing variety of fresh and dried elements and vessels.
The couple’s full-circle arch was created with two oversized floral sprays that trailed organically from the ground up on either side, giving the illusion of a continuous, modern full floral arch. It was bursting with pampas grass, dried palm leaves, creamy white Italian ruscus, and fresh garden blooms for a natural, organic, and abundant look.
As guests enjoyed stunning views around the manicured ranch property, beer burros provided delightful refreshments. The celebration continued well into the evening with dining, dancing, a spectacular wardrobe change by the bride, and an intimate couple’s dance that offered a glimpse into their fairytale love story.
